This 19th-century historic building, once home to the Manzi family, preserves a prestigious legacy: here the famous Sambuca was created, an iconic Italian liqueur now also reimagined in refined desserts, such as our signature Manzi Tiramisù.

The property hosts the island’s oldest thermal spring, whose naturally mineral-rich waters at 36°C promote cellular oxygenation, metabolic regeneration, and overall wellness. Its therapeutic reputation has endured through the centuries: even Giuseppe Garibaldi found relief here after the Battle of Aspromonte, strengthening the legendary healing qualities of the place.
