At Donna Emma, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, every detail has been thoughtfully reimagined to create an experience that is both intimate and inspiring. The elegant new design, created by architect Antonio Girardi, celebrates the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast, combining contemporary lines with the timeless character of its surroundings. Meet Executive Chef Antonino D’Alessio
At the heart of Donna Emma’s new chapter is Executive Chef Antonino D’Alessio.
Born on the Sorrentine Peninsula, Antonino’s cooking is deeply rooted in the flavours and traditions of the Mediterranean. Citrus, freshly caught seafood, seasonal vegetables and the rich culinary heritage of Naples all play an important role in his cuisine.
His culinary journey began at just 16 and took him across Italy, London, France and beyond, where he gained experience in some of the world’s most inspiring kitchens. These international influences helped shape a philosophy centred on precision, creativity and, above all, respect for exceptional ingredients.
Today, at Donna Emma, Antonino brings these influences together in cuisine that is deeply connected to its surroundings.
